I have ate at many of cracker barrel in many states I get there same thing every time my bf gets only 3 things from here. This time he got meat loaf. It was almost completely pink, fell apart as most meat loaf does when it's not fully done. Told the manager about this for her to correct us by saying it's fully done through temp and that the reason it's pink is that they use red dye in the food but she assured me it was fine and fully done. Like what?! I'm glad I didn't get it cause I get stomach upset from any red dye if that was the truth going to be calling corporate soon

Initially had a bad waitress. We asked hostess for a new waitress. Manager came over and we explained about the waitress. He was so awesome. Moved us to another table and we then had a fabulous waiter. Have eaten here many times and that was the first bad experience. But it was definitely made more than right.

Great food and atmosphere as usual. Great service and outstanding management team. Spent time walking around the restaurant speaking to folks and checking on food and service. Just a great family place!

I've always enjoyed my visits here. We were there yesterday and this time we had a couple issues with the food/drinks. We understand that things happen and things aren't perfect all the time..that's just life. Jackie (our server) went beyond to make sure our visit was wonderful. I had been looking forward to the dressing,so I ordered a vegetable plate. I've never been asked about gravy on the dressing,so I didn't realize I had to request "no gravy". I did request it for the mashed potatoes though. My plate came out with gravy on my dressing. No big deal. I ate the other stuff. We asked to order a side of dressing to take home. Dressing- no gravy. It was just a misunderstanding with the first order, but Jackie made sure to correct it before we left. We didn't get rude when things didn't go smoothly and she was nothing but professional and sweet to us. She could have gotten rude, but she was so sweet and helpful. I'm thankful she was so sweet and understanding. We'll be back. We love Cracker Barrel.

Have eaten at several locations and usually find the food to be of an equally-"pretty good" quality. The restaurants are always clean, staff is typically friendly (but will vary, often greatly, depending on location). The gift shop portion has unique items that are difficult to acquire elsewhere. Depending on the occasion and tastes of the recipient, it's often proved to have a good gift option for a wedding shower, housewarming, etc.
